current groups

your help!
PLEASE get in touch if you have time you can
contribute. We will negotiate a role for you,
whoever you are! Currently seeking the following,
but do offer any other ideas you think
would be of use to the network.
- Group conveners- The people who make it happen,
by organising the venue, liasing with host
organisation, managing publicity and resources
and welcoming learners.
- Group facilitators- Welcome the learners,
introduce and oversee the activities,
monitoring, record keeping, etc
- Activity leaders- Those who give some thought to
preparations (a topic for the session, a game
or other activity) and bring any necessary equipment
so they can deliver that activity at the session
- Publicity production - Posters,website,
social media, videos etc.
- Translators for all the above, in all languages
URGENTLY NEEDED!
- Communications, 'in house'- emailing or texting
learners with dates, reminders and requests to help
the group as appropriate
- Communications, external- Liasing with schools,
places of worship, community groups,
media, other agencies as appropriate
- Researchers- Gathering other
resources to share here
